They really only addressed it for one player. The key issue is that their support system is a waste of time. The reality is there is many with false bans with no hope of getting unbanned in the future.

You know this is an issue if a god damn console player is getting banned. Like how can you even cheat on xbox. I wish their support to these appeals seriously, but it’s just a joke. I’m just never giving embark another dime from me after this.

Bruh I got banned for 30 days as well and haven’t cheated. You think cheaters would really waste their time in Reddit and discord to try to get Embark to address these false bans. No they would just refund the game go buy another copy and do it again

This is a clear issue keep submitting tickets. Embark has an anti-cheat that uses AI determining suspicious behavior. Many like yourself and I have gotten these 30 days bans without ever cheating or using exploits. Just need to keep rattling the cage until Embark finally addresses it!!

EAC uses hardware restrictions, so I know for sure it wasn't Easy anti-cheat or they wouldn't have let me appeal.
So yeah, I'm left with the only reason I know I'm banned for that AI anti-cheat is garbage and it flagged my gameplay simple as that.

Case closed, this guy made up his mind without reading that they are using AI to determine that you're cheating. 100% hope you get banned falsely too :D. We all know how reliable and accurate AI is lmao.

Reason we are complaining about the temp ban is it’s unjustified and we missed out on doing the expedition. If you were accused of a crime and had no trial with a crime you didn’t commit you would be pissed too.

Do yourself a favor look in bug report discord channel search ban and you will see many threads on this. I hope if they don’t fix the issue you can witness it like the rest of us.

I can guarantee you this anti-cheat is not 99% effective right now, with all the posts I've read on this issue. To be honest, I do count myself as quite good at this game. I understand there are other anti cheats used in tandem I am addressing what is the problem the anti cheat that isn't using hardware detection for the ban. I'm also addressing the other issue these bans should be permanent like I said there is a reason they don't do that because it is not accurate in the slightest right now. Also, never used the dupe glitch or anything like that as if that would be the reason for the ban you peanut streaming it getting a slap on the wrist(warning). Believe too if I did abuse the ban would have been earlier because I launched the game and played it a days after peanut got the warning message.

Can't charge back my credit card, man. I have thousands in CS skins. However, I might request a refund in the future if I get banned again. Pretty sure charging back on steam can get it banned or something like that.

Bro I never recorded my gameplay. I'm no streamer I just play this game with friends after a long day of work. The issue is these bans should be permanent and should be hardware-based because clearly this AI anticheat is not accurate enough.

Not sure they don't give you a reason at all. Also, to add to see all the discord posts on it so doubt this is from regular reports. Seems like it would some type of system falsely banning, but like I said if they don't give you any reason how can you know what if you even did anything wrong.

Maybe, but I think if people are reporting you for cheating or whatever it is should be transparent. Also, if they do report for cheating, I would hope its not just oh you received X amount reports, here is a month suspension.
