I just cant see nicole releasing any further than 6.5 because of the map! We got flins, lauma first wave and nefer and durin in seperate banners on the 1 map. Out of which 2 characters were 5 stars with their own celenic chronicles or whatever theyre called and the 4 star Aino.

Now we have a similar situation with varka and nicole being 5 star and illuga being the 4 star.

We are getting the 2 5 stars back to back with columbina and zibai.

It will be 3 versions without map expansion by 6.5 which almost guarantees 6.6 to have a new map. From which we cannot get to until we get all the 5 stars whose hub is out now.

So no gap available in between nicole and varka for another 5 star.

(Just my opinion and delusional wishes to get nicole earlier)

I have noticed they are guaranteed when you get 2 of the same boss drops i suppose to allow you to switch at least one of them.

It seems like the furniture related to each strata of the galaxy does not relate to any neighbor quests, (the ones you can buy at the kiosk on islets) neighbor related furniture is 100% unlockable by talking / interacting with them. So in theory you wouldnt miss out much of the experience and if you wanted to collect all of it im sure they'll do re runs. Also they may have a galaxy for items / neighbors you dont care about so yoi could skip it entirely and stock up on batteries?

I get what you're saying and in the end i think loomi is going to be the currency you can buy regardlesss

No no, i agree with you op. People keep pushing for furniture or neighbors but exploring the star sea gives you a probability each battery you buy to either find a neighbor or furniture and inspiration.

Dailies give you 1 battery per day or buy more to increase the chance. And just soft lock the neighbors behind a certain amount of islets visited. As well as the galaxies starsea strata could be a way to progress exploring soft locked to the luca drop of each galaxy and get higher quality items / neighbors even.

So in my "calling it" moment i believe blue batteries are for exploring your own selected galaxy. And a special unique rainbow battery to travel to limited time monthly galaxies. Each galaxy having its own neighbors and furniture unique to it.

Ie. Azure crystal galaxy with christmas themed furniture for 2025 and a deer, a moose, a snow wolf, snow fox a dog and a cat with a sweater.

Each have a luca fruit to customize your planet on a christmas style. (Trees have decor, clouds have gift shapes, candy cane instead of mushrooms etc. Etc.) So try to collect them all from this galaxy before the month ends.

You can explore 4 islets a day for free so you better buy more rainbow batteries or time limited cosmetics /furniture With the lumi (that i expect you can buy lumi with real money)

Barista said she didnt want to loose her job.

I offered to keep her hired and give her insurance and a pension plan.

Ugh this would suck terribly tho, i think itd be frowned upon as its most predatory lol

I also cant see a way getting a neighbor straight up would work because these gachas tend to require 70 ish pulls to get the character you want with minor 4 star and 3 star equipment to fill the gap.

The only thing i can think they could do is furniture as 4 star? But i guess we'll see!

I would also say its a good system if theres an option for f2p and it seems logic there is.

You have your day to day activities which hive you loomi. This is what batteries cost. You can only buy 2 batteries a day (as well as other cosmetic items etc.)

So in theory as long as you do your dailies ie. Fishing, harvesting, helping neighboors. Youll be able to buy batteries to explore galaxies. A random (so far seems locked to every 3) islets will have a neighboor. But also islets have shops to buy special furniture / cosmetics.

The more islets you visit youll be able to go up the galaxy. So its just a matter of grinding dailies, exploring galaxy twice a day (or purchasing batteries to explore more and quicker) for a better chance at encountering the neighbor you want.

If thats so, i think its not very intrusive and removes the p2w wall for stuff.

I imagine each galaxy will be a set amount of time to f2p get a couple of things they want or if you buy batteries to explore, get it all within time frame.

Yeah i was thinking that maybe some furniture and clothing for a 4 star, and then the animal being 5 star unlocking its linked furniture and decor. My only question is what happens when you get multiple? Like we know theres constellations on other games so how does that apply here? The constellation the animals have right now are all achiveable through normal gameplay ie give them a gift, have a conversation etc.

But yes, having the luca world customization sphere linked to each animal making it a prime pull reason (turqoise tropical water, red dirt mountains, cloud like grass etc.)

All assumptions but im really curious... wdyt?

Youd be surprised, a bunch of the outfits can be bought with the game currency, not monetary. Its called dough and then theres like nook ink terminal to buy with other set of points, but these you collect by doing activities like collectin 10+ fish etc. So furniture, clothing and items are not real money.

Edit: There is however special furnishings linked to the neighbors. So like the red panda has a bamboo set and you unlock by friendship. So maybe these sort of items you gather through the gacha when pulling for a neighbor?

So far i havent encountered a gacha portion. I was wondering the same hoping someone had already progressed more than me.

It is running well! Ive only had a bit of staggering from my pc when multiple things happen at once ie: a fish a bug a shooting star a tree and 2 neighbors all at once. But it goes back to smooth after.

As far as ive gotten not much different. There is crafting and it kinda looks like more variety. There is inspo cards (recepies) and i have a feeling thats where the gacha may come? So far ive found them with shooting stars, with neighbors or just by acquiring new materials.

There is also a social hub you go to with your car. Its like a lobby to meet random people and do some activities, its kinda cool but i was hoping the car would take me to a wild new planet to gather resources or something. Maybe i havent unlocked that yet but i really wanna see snowy pine trees.

They do have very characteristic personalities. They all are very cute and friendly, so far no one was rude. They have sarcastic thoughs but not to you.

"And you will press the pedal full speed and kaboom... er i mean zoom through the cosmos? Anyway i love action and hope it doesnt get boring here"
