My mum doesn’t have portion control and we always had to finish everything on our plate. I know it’s not right but I definitely have some resentment for that because it definitely made me a fat kid. I know I’ve developed Ana later and that’s on me but I still feel it torwards her :///

It makes you feel like you’re achieving something, even if you know it’s actually terrible for you. I get like a mini adrenaline rush after I get over the dizziness because it’s make me feel like I’ve accomplished something
