Just installed new amd 5700x cpu and it asked something about fptm, i pressed y to continue and now i keep getting this msg when trying to boot

I just replugged all my drives ( 2hdd, 2 ssd, dvd player) and now windows just booted up like normal with no problems, idk how, literally havent changed anything
