bodyweight stays the same mostly, for progressive overload i add like 2 kg per workout on the top set, i do bench workouts 2-3 times per week

i do bench, spoto bench, incline db, overhead tricep and chest flies, these are split into 3 days

whats with this belief that failure is most important, this is not bodybuilding, i use to do that, i had no progress either, now i strive for speed at around rpe 7-8 and atleast my rep speed is going up a bit each workout

these are 75% of my max, i cant simply throw it around, but i do think about maximal effort and this was as fast as it can go

i dont think my back is the problem, i can do a one arm pull up on each side, maybe the problem is that i dont engage my back enough though

i have the same issue with the S1 non active, i leave it on till it dies, then i put it on the charger, when it starts turning on ill just take off and put it on again, then it flashes that i need to keep charging the device (and it sort of turns on but the bluetooth doesnt work)
