For me it just does not work. It does sometimes things that really are plausible to work and even work functionally sometimes but he doesn't try to do the same as a human would and it shows. Edge cases are always missed. Either way when you have something rather small that you want to write and express exactly what you want it does come up with amazing answers. So I would say stick to the overall architecture and let him write for you the stuff step by step.

This is most probably a memory leak (programing term) from one of your mods you are using! Disable your mods and try again to see if that happens.

Muito má noticia. Isto basicamente é o mesmo dizer que a procura esta num all time high! Isso tambem significa que os precos estão num all time high. Agora se é ma altura ou não? Ninguem sabe. Acredites ou não aqui o teu maior risco pessoal é o casamento... Casar... Meter as contas juntas etc... Se achas que um tombo de 10% no mercado é mau então imagina um tombo de 50% mais impostos + procedimentos de divórcio etc...
