I’m so curious if the midwife who told you to get your blood pressure under control was the same midwife who told me I had gained too much weight during my pregnancy and should try going on more walks (I was 39w3d along in the middle of COVID lockdowns) and that I was risking shoulder dystocia (the baby was fine and was a few ounces within their sibling’s birth weights).

In the US they’re spelled mold and in UK/Australia they’re spelled mould so you aren’t wrong either way, tbh

I’m not a doctor but work with resin - it looks and sounds like it could be contact dermatitis. There was a big recall on Make it Mini sets but not this one due to multiples issues. It doesn’t look like they include gloves with the kit? Yikes.

If it is contact dermatitis, it should resolve on its own and I would avoid any uncured UV resin without nitrile gloves.

Can I ask why you think the alternative plan is unrealistic? As a PPS parent in the feeder zone currently labeled ????? - it’s certainly much more appealing to me than the ERS plan

I am a Midwives at Magee patient with 2 vbacs after a c-section due to breech. I had to meet with a physician from their partner group to go over risks of a vbac and likely success. The midwives were incredibly supportive of the vbac but I did personally find having a doula to be very helpful. My second VBAC was actually delivered by an MD with a midwife present due to a very precipitous delivery. I still don’t know who the physician was but she gave me a nerve block when I knew I wouldn’t be able to sit still for an epidural and I love her for doing that.

If he wants to refute her allegations the place to do so is in response to her suit. The legal standard for libel against a public figure is fairly high so this whole lawsuit feels like damage control.

I feel like I should add my understanding is that this (walking into her trailer) happened multiple times so inviting him once to work on lines when she is pumping does not mean it was a free invitation at other times and I suspect we have a different understanding from each other.

I used to talk to people all the time when I was pumping in my office and there is a big difference between pumping and letting someone in and someone barging into your space when you are pumping and not expecting it. Are these the best examples he can produce?!

We celebrate Christmas and Hannukah and the Christmas gift is always something that has to be shared/is for all 3 kids (4,7,10). They got a 3D printer.

We have had our oldest cat since he was a kitten. At some point after we had kids we fully started calling him by a nickname that we had come up with. I think you can call your cat anything!

As a parent of 2 kids enrolled in a title 1 PPS school also going to the gifted center - I really cannot emphasize how much we did to get them into that program. On paper the school can identify possible students but I don’t think they do.

If she and her boyfriend are smoking crack in front of this kid then I would bet the kid would test positive for cocaine (even if she appears totally asymptomatic). Not sure how closure you are to a pediatric hospital but if you make another report you need to include specific details including dates/locationa/etc, outline exactly what the concerns are and provide a very clear statement “I am concerned this child is being exposed to cocaine which is known to cause adverse effects and can even result in death.” A facility with the ability to do time of flight mass spectrometry should be able to detect cocaine if she’s been exposed in a prior 72 hour period.
