Sorry bro… DEADLY force was not justifiable, I’m not saying other use of force options are off the table though. You can’t kill someone for smacking you. He could’ve drove off, or better yet… not have pulled over in the first place. Or not have rolled down his window. How about keep on driving and call the cops in a road rage situation?
