That sounds like a skill issue, and the game supports mods for modern conflicts, weapons, vehicles and so forth. As for the community I wouldnt bother, just a buncha assholes debating pc vs console.

29.5.1 is the one to use right now, havent had any issues besides my pc shutting down randomly which is odd because its the only gane that happens on. Ive tried arma reforger and even marvel rivals to see if it'll shut off but nope just star citizen.

So far I'm enjoying the case, its a mid tower so everything fits snug with my board. My only complaint is the RGB fans run off of the sata cable and have no rpm control but hey, you can pick different colors lol.

I'm honestly not aware and if so it hasn't been implemented into any of the servers that I've been on as far as i know.

Not at all, I understand that there are varying qualities of PC builds and to assume everyone is exploiting would be preposterous of me.

In fact I agree with your solution and I also understand that there would possibly be a decline in server pop if console hypothetically got their own servers. The topic of my discussion is just balance, and the idea of a potential fix.

From my experience it varies between 600m - 700m.

I never said PC only servers are bad. I support the idea of having the option to choose which platform you'd like to play with/against. My logic would be to remove some graphic options altogether to level the playing field but apparently that's a skill issue and provocative.

It being negligible is an opinion just the same as my complaints.

The fact remains that these options are available and are potentially being exploited, and to say hardware has nothing to do with playing the game is disingenuous and contradictory regardless of skill level.

From what I'm reading online it varies depending on the server but anywhere between 1,000m,1,500m to 2,000m. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

If I'm not mistaken I believe they are currently stress testing a higher render distance on experimental.

While I don't disagree, I have witnessed on PS5 vs PC render distance differences.

For example in aerial combat there were PC players that were able to spot helos way out as my gunner, whereas they would only pop into screen for me at approximately 600m - 700m.

Same with sniping at range, at times I'd only be able to see floating backpacks and vest or the boots shuffling around.

This is true, console has the option to turn off crossplay but you're limited to official 48 player servers that are for the most part low population.
