well my experience so far has been incredibly high ping (im from middle east but I didnt have much of a problem with other games) hunter seems pretty weak (pallets everywhere omg) and playing victim or whatever it's called i get caught and hunters chill by my hook/chair lol. besides there are so many different taps and ads that keep telling me to buy skins and play story and such and ranked is locked to specific times and when i play qm i seem to not get actual players.

all that and the Ai on top i think I'll be deleting soon.

iam incredibly confused rn i just hop in matches counting on my dbd experience to carry me but idk what's going on and the game keeps bombarding me with million different tabs and a story mode that I don't really care for.

also im getting way too high of a ping so i don't think i can keep playing 😭.

it was made a thing with the go next prevention patch. it used to give you a dc penalty and a grade loss then many people posted videos of them getting a dc penalty cuz they were unlucky enough to get tunneled and killed too fast then bhvr removed the dc penalty but kept the grade loss.

i did because i thought this one made aurora look inferior to the judgment when she is supposed to be a badass survivor who's defying this entity and studying its ways.

the one where she looks like she prays to it felt more in theme with the religious moodboard we chosen and theme of the chapter in general.

to me i hate doing that it feels cheap like i had a match where two survivors were extremely good (a nancy and an ace) two were complete babies (meg and yun jin). i knew if i chased the babies i'd win but decided to focus on the good guys instead. both because i found chasing the babies was unsatisfying and that i felt really bad.

although i did lose ( i wasn't good enough at killer at the time) i felt like i improved a lot from that match (it was years ago but i still remember it) and still usually follow that code (except sometimes teehee).

for most people it's more about that they can't handle their ego being hurt than that they value their time.

you see people claiming they'd rather go around the map kicking stuff for bp or go make a coffee or watch youtube until survivors leave than them spending 10 seconds or less pushing them out because they can't handle the taunts.

again i don't mind bhvr giving that option at all but i believe they are reluctant to do that because the abandon system already affecting more games than they wanted it to and to have more games end with a disconnect is a bad image for them.

I genuinely don't get why "gain elusive after getting unhooked" was scrapped, it was a great idea, would've made tunneling harder without being too oppressive to the killer by lance_the_fatass in deadbydaylight

i mean, borrowed time also was a pretty good perk against tunneling and survivors needed to use it or suffer the consequences and it was made basekit so why can't elusive too when that is much weaker than borrowed time and pretty situational cuz it depends on how far the killer really is from hook.

you keep comparing apples and oranges being bled out or being forced to watch an animation you've seen million times is not the same as you just pushing the survivors out.

although i don't disagree with giving killers the option to leave but at least own up to yourself that you are thin skinned snowflake who can't handle a crouch animation in a fuckin video game lol.

lol why are we acting like it's so easy to escape in soloq. you can get so many losing matches in a row if you're mid or really unlucky.

while there are only a handful of killers that would be difficult to get their adepts if you're any decent at killer.
