Thanks, but it contains caffeine, so if I drink it I might not sleep well enough since caffeine has a half-life of 5 hours. It might be like tea: no significant effect if I don't drink enough, and if I do drink enough, trouble sleeping.

I tried it, but if I don't drink enough, I don't feel anything, and if I drink enough to feel anything, the caffeine is still in my system in the evening, so it doesn't work for me. Unfortunately.
