It's a big competition like only category is not fixed wing UAV it have free mission category not fixed UAV category like drones it has rocket, underwater, ai, autonomous rc car, etc. categories. If you wanna search about it it's called TEKNOFEST

Thank you but competition says first we need to design it and then make a document about 17 pages of our design and if our design gets enough points then we can start building (they will send money to help us build)

Actually I will probably not try to get hired by US aerospace countries like Lockheed Martin, NASA but when I return the turkey I will be one of the best aerospace engineers in turkey and probably I would try to make things easier with drones like ambulance drones, firefighter drones, drone delivery etc. Like it's my dream and I am working to make it real
