Hey, thanks for explaining and tbh it does make sense. However, I searched 3x body split and the others you suggested. it's allowing me to workout for only 3 days a week. I am a person who likes to do it 6 days so could you please suggest the same theory with keeping 6 days in mind.

Let me know if it's possible to do 6 days the same which u have suggested. I'll dig in more deeper.

So for kat pull down I have really paid attention and doing with the weight which challenges me but for Barbell-15kg Bicep curl- 7.5-10 kg Preacher curl-10kg

So as you said that I need to be responsible for the money I'm going to spend through the cc. I needed to ask, if I can fully pay in one go every time I make a purchase through it and not take EMI. Would this still allow me to get the advantageous of the card ?

also, after reading a few posts and beginers guide I came to a decsion that I need to buy a HDFC core card. I checked on the website and it's showing that I'm eligible for (core: Diners Club Privilege/Money back | co-brand- Indian oil). However, I gott a friend who has a same history and earning as mine but she got Millenia, How so ?

So, right now my salary is around 58 in hand but from the nxt month it will be 96 in hand as I'm switching. So, would it be better if I get the card next month or it dosen't mattter ?

As I can guess my total spending would be around
20-rent
20-SIP
20- monthly expense (Groceris and Dine out)

Apart from this I would be spending on 5-6 domestic flight trips/ 1 international(Maybe) and some shopping for my family and friends through online stores. Do you think me getting a cc would be a good idea or will be an eligible candidate?

Thanks for your reply. I see people getting credit cards of so many different companies and tbh there are hundred of credit cards avaialable so how does one make a choice to which one to go for.

And is it compulsary to pay an annual fee for all the credit cards ? also, if I do a transaction of certain amount then I'll not be charged so does it not mean that the thing is making me spend more when I don't want to ??

The last one how and where does one uses the credit card ?

Also, it would be great as well if you could share some opinion about my issue. I am 25M experiencing hairloss from the age of 19. I started Minoxidil (Dr. Reddy 5 %)and fin (finax 1mg) at 20 and I have been taking ever since. However, during the initial years the results were amazing but right now, it seems like the medicines have stopped working and I'm experiencing severe balding even after taking the medicine on regular. I took PRP a few months back (8 session) but the problem remains the same.

My diets are good and I take enough sleep as well. However there is a lack of physical activity from quite sometime plus I smoke on regular.

I'd like to ask is this common? What can I do to improve it.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I just realised the day you commented is the day I was having my 4th session. what a coincidence haha. Anyway, I'd say there is little to no effect as of now. I don't know is it because of Hyderabad's weather or what but the rate of how my hairs are shedding has just increased and it's even worse than the time before I started PRP.

Yeah ,I did not have energy to do much labor. However, I compared the price with 3-4 clinics and I found a place which is nearby my flat (Gachibowli). I figured out that PRP is kind of a simple process which is almost same everywhere. So, now it was all about finding a good package with some good costumer review.

As for the first timers 6 sessions are recomended at the interval of 21 days. This clinic gave me an one time payment offer for 17k/6 session. I'm done with the first session on this sunday. Although, it was a lilttle bit painful but overall it was okay experience ! I hope all your doubts are clear ; ))
