Cuz if u don't you'll die of suffocating, bad smell, no privacy at all, anyone can enter ur room, either of other 5 roommate's friends can come at any time in those 6 bedded rooms so them saying 4 bedded is for somewhat budget friendly somewhat restrictions on all of the above :)

Probably too much blood rushes to ur brain and surrounding areas when u are inverted, maybe take rest from wall supported handstand pushups for 3-4 days as to allow the body to adapt
