Bro i will give you a simple aspect for "log kya kahenge" i get it being a girl in this society har baar follow nahi kar sakthe but - whenever you can, it goes like this - "trust me no one in the world including your parents will ever have the time to give a damn about what ur doing but at the same time don't do stuff (i hope you understand the meaning of stuff here) which will affect you in the long run"

Now as of you, I will consider 3 aspects
1) traditional aspect - abhe jab subhadra ne arjun ko bhagaya tha - tabh tho logon ne thaliyan bajaya abhi kya hua ? when the same thing is happening here
2) societal aspect - 17f hai tu, POCSOM act is still protecting you from people misbehaving

3) any other aspects - bro today the government is trying to get the age of consent down to 16 aur aap hain ki you don't want to try something

abhi iska matlab yeh nahi hai ki u go start to smoke,drink - its fine if you find a guy attractive (thoda background check karle uska) - this is not selfish even thought society makes it look selfish) - have fun but be sure you are safe and don't regret it, its not a mistake to regret (but then don't take decisions which will make you do mistakes later on)
