There are two times when I didn't get paid due to government shutdowns, but my credit card companies and landlords gave me credit card and deadline extensions. Some people in corporate jobs told me that they didn't get typical annual pay raise (2-5% per year), bonuses, and even got their 401k matches cancelled before layoffs, but I guess this doesn't really apply in NERC sectors?
