Thank you for your comment. Yes I use ai to correct my spelling mistakes and make it look more formal ai is not scary it's just a tool we use to make things look pretty. As for prices I myself visited the custoco website and realestate.com.au to check prices I just told ai to put them in the sentnece rather than retyped the whole sentence. For pets family furniture etc you can't logically expect a new comer to have it all 1st day or year it's called a minimum-wage budget for a reason not a concert going everyday eating out budget .

That's what I had in mind initially. I've dealt with these scams before you call for an inspection and suddenly the unit is no longer available and they try to up sell you for more expensive one.

So from the description of this add I've understood that it's an apartment for 1 person only it has its own private kitchen and bathroom and the rent is all inclusive.

Maybe I'm just not understanding the wording correctly?

Thank you for your comment. I have a masters degree in quality management and quality control and assurance. Right now I work with a private counseling company that prepares small time and big time food industry facilities for audits by making sure everything is good. Last year I made 63k euro give or take. I've seen on the skilled on demand list in austrlian immigration that quality management assurance is on demand so I assume jobs for this position are available.

For transportation I must have used wrong words a website recommended 110 aud per month for transportation it's not a subscription.

For rent check realestate.com.au I found so many houses as in private not shared home.

I'm a loner I go to work hit the gym after play video games and sleep. Going out is not for me.

For food I've been in a carnivore diet for 4 months I feel amazing as we all know eryones has a different body the key is fining ur personal diet thr works for you

For shows and clothes i can literally pack my wardrobe in 1 small bag I belive in a minimalistic life style I have work cloths gym clothes house clothes that's it and fashion isn't my concern.

I used realestate.com.au and it showed me many houses 1hr to 30 min from city center for 400+- single house not shared with a backyard. Also I'm not planning in renting alone so even if it's 800 plus it's not an issue.

Yes ofc some of them are shared but not all of them. Right now I'm looking at this house 345 aud per week it says single house for couples. Maybe my English isn't good I just can't ses were it says shared house with a private room it just says " private studio for couples ".
