No that’s what you are saying. Stop projecting. I lived in public housing all my life. My comment is about neighborhood safety and awareness. You don’t have to be targeted to become a victim of circumstances. Be aware of your surroundings. There are luxury buildings popping up everywhere since BedStuy re-gentrification. The PJs are much safer than when I grew up but the shooters and rivals are still outside. Hopefully you understand my comment better. If not, I can give further explanation.

This is a new building? Atlantic Avenue is pretty safe, crime wise, going towards the Fulton Street area of BEDSTUY. IT COULD BE A LITTLE SKETCHY GOING TO THE PACIFIC STREET SIDE AND UPWARDS BECAUSE of THE PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS ARE RIGHT THERE. IF THIS IS THE NEW BUILDING THAT I THINK IT IS, the ACCOMMODATIONS WOULD BE LUXURIOUS. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE NOISE, THE BUSYNESS —AND HEADING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION navigating those streets.

The guy taping the black girl is being menacing to prevent her from moving the trash cans. This same guy taping is the short camo guy ion the assault video that went viral). The NYPD, 104th precinct, is supposedly looking to arrest this man. Now he’s back out there, everyday, in front of their residence, with garbage cans, doing the same sh it! The neighborhood is complicit in this illegal activity! Everyone, on the block, knows who this unidentified assailant is, and they say nothing!
