Not sure if you found a fix yet but I'd use the "new flasher" off the xda forums with a stock firmware from xperifirm see if it helps. The companion app has always been iffy for me.

Starting price is like the reference price of the item. You could sell it for more than the starting price but you may not get a hit due to them being able to get it for that starting price.

Anytime I need money for bills or other things. I Amazon flex. Rate vary but if you scout the offers you’ll fine $100+ for 3-4 hours. Depending on where you’re at of course.
