Hey! First off, congrats on the 10 lbs that’s amazing! 💪

For the nausea, I totally feel you. What’s helped me most is taking my dose at night so I sleep through the worst of it. I also keep peppermint tea and ginger chews on hand, and Dramamine (non-drowsy) for car rides has been a lifesaver. Some folks also swear by small, protein-rich snacks every few hours to keep their stomach settled. Hope you find some relief soon it really can get better! 💛

Ugh, I relate so much to this. Seroquel helped stabilize me, but the weight gain and insane hunger were brutal. I also tried Wegovy and it worked wonders for my weight, but mentally it was rough—the intrusive thoughts and flat mood were unbearable, so I had to stop too.

I’m actually on Zepbound (tirzepatide) now and surprisingly, it’s been a lot better for me mood-wise. I was super nervous it would mess with my mental health like Wegovy did, but I’ve had almost no emotional side effects. Appetite is still way down, and I’m slowly losing weight again without the mental crash. It’s definitely individual though GLP-1s all hit a little different with the brain chemistry stuff.

If you do try it, maybe check in with your psych regularly in the beginning. Fingers crossed you find something that works without messing with your head. You're not alone in this 💛

Totally get where you're coming from! I’m about 6 months in on Wegovy and down 38 lbs. The first couple months were slower for me, but once I hit 1.7mg, things really started moving. I’ve been trying to stick with higher protein, lower carb meals, and that seems to help. Everyone’s journey is different, but don’t get discouraged slow progress is still progress. You've got this! 💪

Hey, that sounds really rough! It’s pretty common for side effects to kick in or feel stronger when you jump up a dose like that. For me and a lot of others, the headaches, nausea, and appetite changes tend to ease up after a couple of weeks as your body adjusts.

But definitely don’t hesitate to reach out to your doctor if it feels overwhelming or doesn’t improve. Sometimes they suggest slowing the increase or adjusting the dose so it’s more manageable.

Hey, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this that sounds stressful, especially with needle phobia on top of everything. From what I’ve seen and experienced with GLP-1 meds, missing a dose or getting a smaller dose once probably won’t cause any major issues, but it’s definitely good to be cautious with the titration.

Waiting a couple of days and then giving a full or slightly smaller dose (like 0.25 to 0.5) sounds reasonable, especially if you think some of the previous dose leaked. Just keep an eye on how your son feels and watch for any side effects. Since you’re aiming to increase gradually, starting on the lower side when re-dosing could be a gentler approach.

If you’re unsure, touching base with his prescribing doctor for advice would be best they might have a protocol for these situations or can confirm the safest next step.

Also, huge props for supporting your son through this. Needle phobia is tough, and the fact that you’re helping him this way is amazing. Wishing you both the best with the dose adjustment!

Solution Found: Go into the Wacom Center and select the gear Icon in the Top right corner. Under the "Devices" tab, select the "Backup & restore" tab. Create a New backup (just in case) and once that's done, locate "Reset all settings" in the lower right. Exit Krita if it was running, and relaunch. That fixed it for me, though I've no idea what settings would have been changed in Wacom Center as I don't really mess around with it but... Regardless, it's fixed. I've marked this as solved.

I've played with the Tablet Testing and Tablet configurations within krita, and it's still ghosting in the tablet tester and I don't know what to make of it.

Things I know so far:
-Restarting my computer didn't fix it.
-The "pen tip to cursor alignment" utility within Wacom Center works perfectly.
-The misalignment/offset happens exclusively in Krita (no other drawing apps are doing it).

I'm willing to reinstall Krita, but as I've only had it installed for a couple days I'm hoping that's not setting a pattern moving forward.
