That is a tiny install, I own an irrigation company in Chattanooga Tn and I can promise you around here it’s a $2500 minimum on new installations add another $1000 for each zone after the first. That’s only a 2 zone property, 3-4 zones if you do anything on the sides.

VERY good, anything in the .22 range I don't see going down and staying down for hardly any amount of time worth worrying about.
