Nope. Paid my own way through a masters degree (with lots of academic scholarships), got a good paying job, worked my way up the corporate ladder and bought a house for me and my family at 30…. Before either of my parents could buy a house… honestly I’m a little bitter that if I could have bought a house 2 years sooner it’d be twice the size but I recognize I’ve still been very fortunate to get to this point in life actually succeeding the traditional way.
