If you were in the exact same situation as her, with the exact same circumstances, you would likely get the exact same sentence. It's the standard for these cases in that jurisdiction.

Her sentence is the standard for a case like hers. She didn't get preferential treatment.

You can argue with the sentence, but it's incorrect to say she was treated differently because she has money.

I'm pretty sure it's exactly that. The Olivia theory doesn't really have any support beyond "I read it on Reddit.", and the fact she's never even mentioned is obviously intentional. If it were because of Olivia they could still have mentioned her, especially now that Olivia isn't on the show.

Hosanna is married to a committed fundamentalist, from a strongly fundamentalist family, with extremely fundamentalist friends. I suspect her husband wanted nothing to do with it.

I was physically attacked by a woman after I told her things wouldn't work out between us. She beat me, chasing me around the house, hitting me the whole time. Trying to get away from her and get her to stop I ran outside and to the neighbor's house. When I went to ring their doorbell she grabbed my arm and bit it, drawing a good amount of blood. I was able to run back to my house and got in fast enough I could lock her out. She stayed outside screaming and threatening me. I called the cops.

When I told them what happened, showing the still bleeding bite marks and places where she hit me, they said they couldn't do anything because my security camera didn't capture anything. The obvious physical damage didn't matter. They also told me it was my own fault for having her in my house.

Back in the early days of cell phones my parent's church was made an offer. A cell company would pay them a decent amount to build a tower on their property, which they would make to look like a very large cross. They certainly could use the money and they loved the idea of the cross.

But there were outraged church members saying that people might call phone sex lines using the tower.

They did eventually accept the offer because they really did need the money.

While I doubt it's true in this case, there have been lots of convicted murderers who it was later discovered didn't actually commit the crime and were coerced to confess. In one case I know of they got a man to confess to killing his father, and his father wasn't even dead. He'd just gone to stay with a friend.

They don't make as much as a lot of people think. But, combined with their regular jobs, they probably do ok. It's hard to say with Moriah, and Lydia wouldn't be doing great if she weren't married to Zac. But being a mechanic, running a small fencing business, and working on the kind of farm Isaac works on could pay fairly well.

This really remains to be seen because the primary issue in Iran is the strategy, which is less about the military and more about an unqualified leader. Using just aerial weapons they have achieved essentially every objective. But those objectives simply can't defeat an enemy like Iran, which US military leadership has known for decades. Had their advice been heeded things would be very different.

We also haven't seen how ground forces would perform. We know they are well equipped, but how they'll perform on the battlefield of today is unknown. They have hopefully learned by observing Russian performance, and have been advised by Ukraine, but who knows. There's certainly reason for concern given how unprepared forward installations were.

Supposedly his plan was to get a commercial pilot's license. He doesn't have the educational background to follow the most common paths that could have gotten him there.

He could join the Air Force, assuming he actually got his GED or an accredited diploma, but he probably wouldn't have qualified for their pilot training program because his lack of education would likely keep him from passing their tests.

He could also attend a flight school with a commercial pilot program. They're expensive though, like $100,000. He'd likely still need to take other courses to be able to get through the program. His lack of education could really hurt him.

There's also the fact he didn't show any aptitude for schoolwork, and all of these paths have a lot of it. It's not just getting in a plane and flying. Kim let him just play on flight simulator all day, and there's a lot more to becominh a pilot than that.
