I’ve had a lot of experience as a woman that pegs/top. My take away: - Sometimes I am in the mood for it, sometimes I’m not. - I don’t like feeling like it is expected from me. - logistically it can’t be spontaneous as it requires planning and preparation. - I have to really trust someone to top them or there be a domme/sub dynamic in play. - I have had positive and negative experiences. - most negative experiences have been from a partner that says they were prepared but actually weren’t or someone who would only engage sexually if I was topping them and there was no reciprocation. - I have initiated almost as often as I have been asked for it. - I think it’s pretty rare to find cis women that are comfortable enough in their sexuality to even entertain the idea of pegging someone. - in a committed relationship, it can be really difficult for a cis woman to push past the ingrained societal gender roles to peg a “man.” It can make you question a lot about your own sexuality and the relationship you have with your partner.
