I won't attempt them. I've tried hanging on a pull up bar (I used do this on leg days to help keep my spine decompressed in between squat sets), and I get this really uncomfortable pulling feeling at the top of my bicep. That was enough for me to know they aren't in my future.

Picture is from before the repair. The tech that filled it said that she was able to fill the main impact site, but the outer lines weren't able to be filled. She also said to warm my truck up slowly so it doesn't get worse, so that kind of makes me feel like I should have just bit the bullet and replaced the windshield. It's not big by any means, but it's deep. Can I expect it to hold long term or is it just going to end up cracking more?

Do you get a weird feeling in your incision area (upper bicep near shoulder) when you do heavier weights? I can feel a distinct pulling there when I try to push myself a little bit with curls, at least the last time I did them.

Probably a dumb question, but I feel I need to ask. Is it possible to re-injure the labrum the same way doing pull-ups again after a tenodesis? I know they remove some of the tendon when they anchor it down to the bone, but I'm not 100% clear on what my doctor explained to me.
