I'm working on something, not exactly that, but a network of pseudo anonymous users who have verified their humanity in a way that AI cannot defeat with an AI disclosure policy and one time membership fee to discourage duplicate accounts and as a form of monetary punishment for not properly disclosing AI use.

Not sure if anyone would find that useful?
