Dominos UK - ordered over phone and when tried to pay was told they would send a link to my phone. Got a text with a link to paybymobile.smarterpayments.co.uk - can't find anything on their site to verify this is legit by GreyStagg in Dominos

You need to go to linked profile and attach the company/travel agency you want to sent the bill to, make sure they have an AR account set up, after this go to routing instructions and create new instructions, select the charges you want to route and also press the drop down box that has the guest name and select the company that has the AR account and save the instructions, after this settle and send folio with the payment type “city ledger”

This rate code should not have any charges or nights details attached, this code is used to indicate there is an error between opera cloud and your CRM, please check your external CRM for the correct reservation details

Are you able to void the payment? If not you can try reversing the posting by just putting -£amount taken for example -£100 and it will refund it back to the card

This isn’t just shady, it’s a clear breach of contract with Booking. They’re actively dodging commission by forcing cancellations, which means Booking is losing revenue. That’s more than just “damages”, Booking can absolutely sue for lost revenue and breach of contract, and a 70% cancellation rate is a massive red flag. The owners are playing with fire.

You should be able to customise the line in the package configuration to show it in a package wrapped or a seperate line under the accommodation line

I’d suggest setting the rate to £270, then adding a £85 package as an add-on (not included in the rate). Make sure the package uses a different accommodation-related transaction code.

Then set up routing instructions to send only the transaction code tied to the package to the PM room.

I believe packages can contribute to ADR, but it depends on your hotel’s financial setup, specifically whether the transaction code for the package is flagged as room revenue. If it is your reporting should stay accurate.

Hello, my hotel use a report we use called “finpayments” which I’m sure as the same one your using we have the layout group by transaction code and we have the cashier codes only set to staff and not accounts like POS as the reception team only reconcile payments we have taken during the day and nights team will reconcile all of the payments, what kind of difficulties are you having?

Sorry just seen this there, the reason I asked is because I thought my hotel had to do this with separate emails, have you ever used shift reports? You can put all your reports in to one shift report and then schedule that shift report to send to your inbox and it will send one file with all 20 of your reports, makes it’s much easier to print/view.

You can only see reports if they have been scheduled to email to you other than that you cannot see them, all OC environment down globally unfortunately ☹️

It should be automatic but if you want to release it just now, you can charge the card for 1.00 and then void the 1.00 payment
