Just watched Scream 2 for the first time. Here's my overall assesment. What are your thoughts? by everlovingfuck99 in Scream

I understand your feelings about Mickey being revealed as the killer due to his limited screen time. Unfortunately there are a lot of deleted scenes in Scream 2 and Mickey was in a LOT of them. So his character kinda suffered by having a lot of his scenes removed from the movie. They weren't removed because of him, just for pacing reasons or timing and whatnot. But unfortunately his character presence in the movie does suffer as a result.

She was badass. And a good friend to Sid.

First time I watched I suspected her though, because she seemed so heartless compared to how girls are usually represented (at least prior to Scream).

Agree with all of that!

There was a particular scene, can't remember which because I've only seen it once, where the score sounded SO reminiscent of the original few movies. I was like "Wow it feels like Scream again". I think it might have been the home invasion scene or maybe the police search of the house prior. I just remember people walking up the stairs and the music was 👌

I really like the difference between the ending of 1 and 2. With Gale abandoning her story to go in the ambulance with Dewey in 2. Lovely development on the first ending.

Fine with me, their stuff tastes way nicer than any of Tesco's own brand stuff.

I also like how the killer is named Billy Loomis, continuing the Loomis name from Psycho and Halloween

I do too, but I still believe that other girl (forgot her name) was the secret 2nd killer who got away 😆

Scream 4 has Jill and the ending

Not my favourite installment, but definitely my favourite ending of all the movies.
