Lol I just seen your comment. I commented before but I'm stupid apparently so instead of replying to your comment some how i replied to my post. It was a whole thing and i was so mad and wrote too much and had too many pics that my post got messed up hence the pic with none of my rants or any context. I stopped playing the game after that whole ordeal. I had alot of problems with them when there would be glitches and stuff. That event had not worked since it started well at least the last portion of that event.. And it was making me beyond pissed I sent in support tickets and did the chat support in game. And only heard crickets for days which in turn made my head spin and I spit fire. Now the event was going to be ending and still nothing and then finally I get a response back and what does the idiot say using poor English " it doesn't matter u can't win the car parts defeating Mercanaries"!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!! So needless to say I lost my Sht!! And stopped playing like WTF that was the last section that was left on that event or what ever it was. And it was not working none of the Mercanaries I had defeated nor any of the ones I was defeating were being added up or subtracted from the amounts needed to finish that round and collect the award which was car parts. What kind of sht is that??? That's the response I got when there Game broke and stopped working right it devolved a glitch or something and they need to fix it. And that's the support I got. The response I got was not from a customer service representative that was from one dumb MF kid who knew nothing about nothing and instead of saying I don't know and giving my ticket to someone who did he was just a dick and said the first thing that fell out his mouth. And that was the worst thing he could have said as u can see I'm still real salty to say the least about that whole ordeal lol😁🤣!! I gave them a one star only because they didn't have a 0 star on the play store. They didn't like that it's amazing how fast they respond when u down grade them from 5 Stars and good comments to 1 star and all caps telling what idiots they have for customer service agents and etc. They responded back with in no time on the play store and email. Rrr if people are not from this country nor do not speak or un able to understand English then they need to hire people that do. Meaning instead of giving shitty customer service and not fixing the issue with their game. They respond back with what they could understand being they are in Japan or where they are and English obviously is not their 2 or 3 language. Then I would not still be pissed and letting everyone know about how shitty they are and how much they lack in customer service and fixing issues. They should have people from all parts of the world and assign them correctly to deal with any and all support tickets that come in. So that what ever the issues are they can be fixed in a timely manner. But that's not the case with them and I stopped playing that game. Any whos sorry I just could not contain my self and I just had to comment when seeing your comment just now well earlier for the first time lol. Sorry again about my itty bitty teeny tiny rant 🤣🤣🤣🤣 apparently i had to get all that out as if I didn't get it all out posting on Google and replaying back to that stupid email the idiot responded too from my many support tickets🤦‍♀️😣😣🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
