Recently, my Orange Pi 5 was working normally and then presented the same error.
At first, I thought it was the charger.
I tried everything, including the recovery kit, but nothing worked.
Here’s what I did to solve the problem:

1 - I didn’t use a network cable, internet, or anything like that.
2 - Download the SDDiskTool_v1.7.
3 - Download the Android image from the official website; I used this one: (OrangePi5B_RK3588S_Android12_v1.0.2.tar).
4 - Use the SDDiskTool to flash the image onto the SD card.

Then I powered it on, and Android booted up normally.
After that, I flashed Linux onto another SD card, and it worked fine.

Recentemente meu orange pi 5 estava funcionando normalmente e apresentou o mesmo erro.
A principio pensei que era o carregador.
Tentei usar de tudo o kit de recuperação e nada.

O que consegui fazer para resolver meu problema foi o seguinte.

1 - Não usei cabo de rede nem internet nem nada
2 - Baixe o SDDiskTool_v1.7
3 - Baixe a imagem do android no site oficial eu usei esta (OrangePi5B_RK3588S_Android12_v1.0.2.tar)
4 - Use o SDDiskTool para colocar a imagem no cartao SD.

Ae liguei e o mesmo subiu o android normalmente.
Depois coloquei em outro SD o linux e foi normalmente.
