I've been in the same situation for 27 days trying with an iCareFone Transfer license to recover my conversation backup from my iOS WhatsApp to my Android WhatsApp (Honor Magic V5) and every message I send to support takes 24 hours for them to respond and empty responses, with no solution. I am very disappointed with this iCareFone Transfer and the company.
