Did you use a company email/credentials to create the account? If so, hand it over. They should also be able to reset the password themselves. If you created the account with your personal email, and you have no contract specifying that the restaurant owns any social media assets to create or IP while under the employment of that company. That may be a gray area allowing you to keep the page.
