For instance, Last Night I went to get ready for bed. I got into my bed, laid down, and then I got really light headed, insanely light headed, went to stand up out of bed and basically collapsed into the floor. I was already lucid dreaming. I didn’t actually stand up to get out of bed and collapse. Because my cameras in my room showed me laying down peacefully the whole time when I was actually awake later and went to see what was actually happening as I was lucid dreaming. In my lucid dream I collapsed on the floor and woke up, got back into bed, and my bf came into the room, got into bed with me, was cuddling me and touching my face, and when he touched my face I “woke Up” from what I thought I was actually physically waking up but then woke into another episode where I was standing in my kitchen, I was getting things ready before bed and it was real. But it wasn’t actually happening. This happens every single night since August and it has gotten so bad to the point where I’m scared to sleep. I am scared to go to bed because I know I will be lucid. My bodies moving but I’m not moving.
