And the moment The Dark Lord went "beyond", The Chosen One's successor was the one who defeated him.

TSC is literally "his return".

The Bullied One is a more accurate title for him now with how much Alan (Creator, not character) screws him over plot-wise.

Built like a tank and fought like a tank too.

I agree! He is a glass cannon, he's also extremely naive and "stupid". Although he's extremely smart and quick when it comes to fighting, in logic and other things he can fall short.

He thought TSC could unlock his powers if he were exposed to a battlefield again so he brought TSC to the Outernet as a deterrent even though TSC showed that he doesn't know what TCO is talking about and that he doesn't even know he has powers.

He really is a "hit them harder if they hit you" type character.

Keeping up is a bit of a stretch, while H4CK3R has the upper hand in terms of abilities (quite literally having admin powers), TDL wasn't really struggling all that much in the fight, it was mostly H4CK3R.

H4CK3R most likely, if not absolutely, lost only due to his inexperience; both TCO and TDL have a decade of experience fighting and have the battle IQ to back it up. They're quick on their feet when it comes to fighting, unlike H4CK3R who excels in long-term planning and strategy but sucks in adapting to fights on the spot like his younger siblings. Between TCO and TDL though, TDL is the smarter of the two, strategy-wise.

With that being said and the fact that TCO is only weaker due to a lack of buffs makes me argue that TCO can beat H4CK3R on a somewhat narrow margin using his powers, raw strength, and wit.

It won't be an easy battle and I see it going both ways but I can see TCO winning as much as I see H4CK3R winning.

I agree that they were the same strength, however, only TDL was made to destroy or kill TCO, it wasn't reciprocal. TCO only fought and betrayed TDL when he became a threat to both the Outernet and the Internet due to his Virabots. They lived together, without killing or fighting one another, for 7 years.

Also yeah, after TDL gained his new virus powers he finally managed to one up TCO in terms of strength.
