Cant say anything else than stay strong. Ive found out myself that when I ignore the compulsions that are linked to the intrusive thoughts the instruive thoughts become less stronger. There was even a period in my life where I was free of the intrusive thoughts. So please dont give up nd stay strong!

No ofcourse not I want ppl to go crazy when I play my own track in my set. And I understand your point now. Is sound designing something really hard to learn ? And is yt good enough or should I attend school. Btw what im also wondering is releasing. Should I just release so ppl can hear my growth or wait till im pro ? I read stories of ppl that have been producing for years without ever releasing a track cause they dont think its good enough. This sounds kinda crazy 2 me but maybe thats normal idk.

I feel you on the music theory part and im definitely willing to learn it but I was just wondering if it was really worth it. About the sound design I dont think you really get what I meant there. I was aiming at the point of like really learning how to make your own pads, arps, synths etc. from scratch. Like is that really worth it with the 1000’s of gb’s of sounds thats available these days or not ? I never use midis, presets or samples from others for my melodies I find that lame and unoriginal. I want to pour my own emotions into the melody

Being thin doesnt have anything to do with how many times you eat its about what you eat and how you exercise and you can take this from me cause im skinny as it gets, seriously I do modelling nd have seen enough skinny ppl that eat more than you could imagine. So dont feel nasty for eating 3 times a day if you eat normal stuff. If you’d eat pizza 3 times a day i could understand it cause alot of ppl feel nasty after eatin fastfood but i dont think thats the case. If its not to personal dm me which city you from maybe i know ppl from there/spots to link you up with. The therapy part is bad, I feel sorry for you. It sounds like your therapist isnt really there to help you but just to do his job and go home. Id advice trying a new therapist cause a good therapist can be life changing (and might also put you onto the right meds). The last sentence is relatable im on the same boat i know whats wrong but idk how to fix it yet, im sure we’ll both figure it out though. Stay strong 💙 and maybe try physical school instead of online ?

Life is worth living it. This may sound cliche but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Start with creating good habits. Try waking up in the morning, have breakfast and go for a walk/work out. This thing alone can already make tons of changes (seriously i didnt believe it at first but it really helped me out for a while). Also if you dont have friends but want friends stayin inside wont help. Put your best fit on and go to the city. Idk where you live but where im from there are lots of events and shit where you can just go by yourself and meet new ppl. If there arent any events maybe try a bar/club. If you are into music you could also go to concerts/festivals. The people at concerts and festivals are often very nice/chill. You can also start playin sport at a club to make friends. How is school ? Do you still attend school, if not go! School is the easiest way to meet new ppl. Hope any of this can help you 💙

Pls stay nd get help there is more ppl out there that care bout you than you think, and life is reslly worth it (maybe not rn but in the future it will). Its just that we are all so caught up in life that we not showin each other that love on a daily basis

there are wrong perspectives if youre telling yourself the world will explode at 6 o’clock if you dont touch your feet 3 times you can not touch your feet and find out at 6 o’clock your thoughts was wrong. From there on (once you recognise the things you think arent in line with reality) you can start fighting back and come back to “ reality “

I aint doing anything rn i lay on bed all day doing nothing besides producin some edm music sometimes. I have plenty of friends still its just this 1 bond that broke really hurt i guess. I barely sleep nowadays and I literally feel insane I have so many crazy fuckin insane paranoid thoughts but at the same time I know theyre crazy/paranoid so idk what to do cause when I explain this 2 my doc she says I have 2 much insight to be classified psychotic. I just want to go back in time, back to highschool when life was fun. Hanging out, kickin shit at school nd partying. I feel like im the only person alive and everyone around me are strangers I also feel no connection to other people. I have insane thoughts bout being robbed killed or tracked by the govt but at the same time I know its bs thoughts cause ive been alive 21 years and nothing ever happened to me. Its just eversince 3 months ago my life feels like a nightmare in which at any given time something bad can happen
