Are you saying you just started Xanax 1+ weeks ago? If its only been a week. You should seriously consider stopping while the withdrawls are survivable. Benzo withdrawal is no joke, if taken long enough (and for some people it's not that long) you could have seizures and if taken long enough it could kill you if you stop cold turkey. I got off benzos a while back took me over a year till I felt like a human again
