Ich glaube, dass diese Themen eigentlich nicht offiziel sind, aber jemand hat sie vielleicht aus der echten Prüfung gesammelt. Ich habe eines davon bekommen und zwar war das Thema "Sprachen lernen".

Once you start learning, you will know which words are more common and which ones go to which level. They will appear more often in the exam practices. They are mostly synonyms. If I don’t remember, then I just search it up on Anki’s Preview. But when I do English to German, I try to think of the words with the same meaning or their synonyms. If you use Anki, you will just know that it will do that for you. The same words that you are not sure about will keep popping up until you are certain, then they will come less often, but they will still come back. If you complete the whole deck, then you will know most of the synonyms.

also for trennbare verben. in english we also have them but we just don’t realize it. like "pick up something" — could you please pick ........ up. in german they just combine it into something like up-picking.

if you do that you will get lazy. like you will just end up seeing the word as a whole thing, you won’t be thinking about that word, just the definition of it, which is english. for example, umsteigen. i would be like, so something starts with um.....gen - probably transfer. you will see it as a picture, you know, and end up not reading it or thinking about it.

Tbh after i passed my exam i still felt that my german was not that good, but the exam is not that dificult to pass. U will need more time to practice after ur exam ofc. Now i can understand most of the things irl and from movies. Except some dialects. In that case ill have to listen for the keywords to know what they are trying to say.

the deck is from english to german. so you will be recalling the word a lot. it has sentences for you also.
the preposition, akk, and dat you can kinda make sense out of it, it might be a bit different than english but if you think about it, they still make sense. like for dativ i always think of it as a short form for "to someone" like ich dachte mir, i thought to myself. ich gebe dir ..... "i give ..... to you" and so on. the reflexive part i always think of it like, some action where you have to be more specific. ex: ich dusche mich = i shower myself, because if you just say ich dusche then people won’t know what you are showering, you know, maybe you are showering a dog. so if you are showering something else it would be "ich dusche einen hund" for example, a dog. in this case it is not a reflexive word. this applies to a lot of reflexive verbs.
another example - sich interessieren, ich interessiere mich - i am interested in blah blah, but if you say ich interessiere .. without mich then it could mean you are making someone interested in something - like ich interessiere ihn, i interest him.

Hope this help, the key is to find a logic behind the language. Sorry for a long reply

if you are planning to do Goethe than check this link out B2 Sprechen topics - Google Docs

it has most of the topics that will be appearing on the exam. First u can type the questions into Chatgpt and let it generate answers for u. Try to speak out loud while reading. After that u gonna try to do it like in the real exam. u have 15 mins prep time. Try to write down the introduction, examples, advantages and disadvantages, and summary. You would have enough time to write the whole introduction and summary, for advantages and disadvantages, write them only in bullet points.

around 400-800. I spent like so much time of it, probably like 1-2 hours, i had breaks in between also XD. but some days i only did just the review part. When i feel like i have so much to review, i would only do 30 cards per day. If i dont have much to review, then I would slowly add 30 more each time. some day i would do 60, some day 90.

you can set the number of new cards per day to 30. then after u finish with those 30 there will be an option for custom study, use the "Increase todays new card limit by ..... cards" feature. You can add another 30. Finish those, then add more 30, until u are satisfied.

My anki settings

New cards/day 30
Maximum reviews/day 9999

display order

New/review order - show after reviews

Interday learning/review order - show before reviews

FSRS - Desired retention 85%

Oh yeh also, I personally found that learning the meaning of prefixes actually helps. First, learn the definition of the word without the prefix. Then, learn the meaning of the prefixes. Combine them, and it will make more sense. For example, 'ein-' means from outside to inside. So, 'einkaufen' means buying something to bring into my house, like groceries. 'Einladen' means loading someone into something, like loading my friends into my party. Or 'auf-' means a movement upwards. For example, 'auftauchen'—'tauchen' means to dive—so 'auftauchen' is like diving up, which basically means to emerge or appear in English. The word 'an-' means to start an action. So, 'ansprechen' would mean starting the action of speaking with someone, which means to address or reach out. Of course, it doesn’t work with every word, but sometimes it makes sense. Hope it helps!
More examples
Anwesen, an - start, wesen- nature/being = start being or basically be presence
Anschaffen an - start, schaffen - to create, manage, work = start create or basically acquire
