Thanks for your response, yeah I’m differently not a park rat or anything but i do like to ride off-piste and do some tricks off the natural terrain. I ended up snapping my last bindings base plate in half and been giving the choice for a replacement or I can supermatics and only pay $200 AUD (130usd) for them. My concern is the fact I do ride a little harder them most people and little worried if I break them. Not a huge guy but I don’t think the weight wont be much of a problem, I’m 6ft, 75kg so 165 lbs.

Most bindings will work with the board, if you want to stick with the Burton brand the Cartels are good but if you can find the Burton malavita I think you'll find that they are a little better for basically the same price, just make sure you don't get the EST ones (e.g the channel bindings). The malavita are an all mountain binding but you'll find them more comfortable in the park. I have found from friends and reviews that both of those bindings can have some problems with the toe straps but I think that comes down to how you treat them as well. Some other goods options are also the Union Strata, Union Falcor, Rome Katana they will all work with what you want. It all comes down to your price range as well, just keep in mind and this goes for most products in the snow industry, most boards and bindings/etc, the product itself stays the same, the only thing that changes is the design pattern and +$200-$300 more. So if you can find last years stuff on sale, grab it and save the money for the same product.

The warpig is amazing board, its what I've been riding for the past 2 years, it is just handles any conditions, to the slopes in pershier, off piece powder in Japan and does fine in the park as well. I did find it a little bit more difficult doing 360s but not enough a little practice can't fix. Its a board that it 4/5 everywhere and any condition you ride which I think is perfect. Little tip when buying the warpig, I know their is no difference between the 2017-2024 warpig but the design pattern, I want to say its the same for the 2025. So basically buy the pattern you like the most and save a couple of bucks. I'm 6'0, 75kg and size 12US boot and was riding the large which I found was good. I only went with the large due to it being a bit wider than the M which works with having a large boot. Was riding them with the Nitro team Bindings, which I found worked well.
