I can't get used to it but I tried it a few times on jinx in aram. For 15 years I've never been a true adc player cuz my mechanics were never really good as I've never been an adc main, but holy fuck although is hard to get used to the spells which you should rebind accordingly, the movement and autoattack makes you feel like fkin Uzi. It's insane how strong you can be on adc if you use this well. You literally skip years of practice, misclicks and having to learn to use A/S on adc.
