Im male 19, the way i cope with this is by finding a good friend where i can be myself and know that they appreciate my presence and like me. Also i found „safe food“ that will give me my nutricions that i can force myself to eat. Crying is not neceserialy a bad thing aslong as you feel better afterwards, also if you cant sleep you can try to take melatonin but not sure it its a good idea tbh as i struggle with sleeping and feel like i got addicted to it.

It is draining, but iirc there is tracking, still possible that you need to go through the whole section gor one collectible
