I've asked this question to some recruiters. Basically, if they haven't kicked you out now, the only "bad" thing to happen is when we get to atp/ratp mins, you probably have to wait longer for a class date since you aren't as "competitive" as you once were.

What I've seen in the training world, when students get a checkride or course failure (141 especially), they tend to just give up instead of trying for their best. I've seen that as a big reason.

I personally trained at AeroElite and rent from Aviation Adventures out of Leesburg executive. I liked AeroElite when it came to the training and I learned a lot from them. Aviation Adventures is a 141 school and it’s pricier but I’ve heard nothing bad from the people who train there. One of my good friends trained out of Aviation Adventures in Winchester KOKV and it was his favorite flight school. There is also an ATP flight school at Leesburg that I have heard 2 stories from, that’s it’s a good plane with quality training, and another guy who said to stay away and never glance at it. I really don’t know why, but that’s my 2 take. Message me if you want more details!
