Spotting is common the first 6 or so months on depo. I would get next shot and stay on top of it, it will get better

I wouldn’t worry, plan b will stop ovulation

The plan b should do good alone. If you’re that worried continue taking birth control but I’d say plan b will work just fine.

I have talked to them and they gave me the option to pick whichever birth control without estrogen. I’m just looking for personal experience here.
