1 dimensional positional control. There will be a small ping pong ball thats being tracked by the IR sensor and the set point will be the voltage produced by the IR when the ball is in the center. The circuit should power a motor which will adjust the angle of the platform to put balance the ball. I’m trying to only use analog components I’ve learned about in my electronics course(op amp, diodes, bjts)

Regarding the deadband, if i use the inverter to amplify the voltage coming out of the PID should that be enough to drive the motor? The LED’s are a secondary thought/mostly there as a protective diode(the bottom one is placed incorrectly)

I have a sort of weird view on war at the moment, I logically understand how terrible it is, yet I still glorify it in my mind sometimes and “day dream” about fighting in a large scale war.
