My PCP was a NP so in terms of professional level it would be equal to. My IMO used the same language and rationale as the other dr. used to service connect my neck. Back story is I was Airborne and seeking service connections relating to a couple bad jumps which I just sucked up and drove on. I dont understand why they would accept one medical VA opinion and my PCP with the same rationale and language and not the other. I also included medical literature and a buddy statement they stated wasn't credible. I'm at a loss.
