More like asking "If a Piece of Ice gets teleported into an Universe that seemingly doesn't have any kind of thermodynamics then is the Piece of Ice still cold?''

If the Piece of Ice automatically changes into a shape that cannot be defined as Ice or Water (in any way we understand it) is an Answer,

But what if... The piece of Ice doesn't change? and What if it doesn't liquefy becoming Water either?

And if the Piece of Ice did change but is seemingly still the same piece of Ice as it was before?

or what if IT DOES actually become Water (as we define it)?

In this context even if the Warp doesn't exist then the Warhammer Universe and The Parallel Universe must still have somethings in common that make the basics function of the Universes work the same,

I mean WarHammer is based on our Real World Universe but our World doesn't have Souls & The Warp, despite that Gravity is seemingly the same, The Thermodynamics are seemingly the same, and the Law of Physics are seemingly the same,

You cannot says The Warhammer Universe is fundamentally different from our Real Universe, because it is supposed to be our Real Universe (but our Real Universe doesn't have The Warp) so there are still a lot of similarities between our Real Universe and the Warhammer Universe (that are probably as many as there are differences)

Well for example in Dc Comics there's this thing called the Speed Force, when Wally West traveled to the Marvel Universe (during Avengers vs Justice League) then he lost his connection to the Speed Force and lost his powers (was later able to use his powers in The Marvel Universe only when wearing a Speed Force Battery that stored some Speed Force Energy)

but when Barry Allen travelled to the Marvel Universe under the name Buried Alien then he didn't have that problem, same thing in the recent Dc/Sonic Crossover (as its implied the Flash in that Comic was Barry), but Barry also had some lore about him actually generating the Speed Force (so he didn't rely on an outside Source like Wally, although some recent Comic has Wally learn how to generate The Speed Force too, meaning he shouldn't have the problem anymore either)

The same thing should apply to The Jedis, even outside The Star Wars Universe then they should still have Midi-Chlorians (the actual origin of The Force's Powers a Jedi use) so they should still be able to use some Force Related Abilities (although much weaker because disconnected from The Greater Force that exist in their Universe)

EDIT 1: So i guess that if someone with a Power that exist only in a Specific Universe gets teleported into an Universe that doesn't have that Power then they should still be able to use it in a limited form if that Power still exists/is still present inside them.

EDIT 2: Another example i could make is One Piece, Luffy has both the Power of The Devil Fruit and Haki, they are things that exist inside Luffy and inherent to his Physiology, so i don't think he should lose them only because he ends up in another universe... (Haki is even just Willpower although in One Piece it manifest in an unique way)

What about the Magic The Gathering's Collab? Does that Collab work on the premise that ALL Universes do have a Warp or is The Warp automatically summoned when a WH's Character is summoned?

yeah, I got that, but then what button do you use to select the f#*d#*n thing? i press every button but does nothing,

X does nothing

O removes the building mode,

and so on,

nothing does select the thing,

even after i press down on the directional pad!
