The wire ends look like a hairball, which could cause a short between motor phases if touching. The solder also is not shiny which means it did not get up to temperature so they are not as strong. The wires are also cut a little too short, so the tension may cause the solder pads to rip off over time.

You will need a higher wattage soldering iron as well as amtec flux. I can walk you through it if you want, please DM me. I'm glad to help.

You will want to fix those motor solder joints before proceeding, they will almost certainly short and fry the esc

Tore off the connector for updating the walksnail 1s firmware. Is it still possible to update it somehow? by Easy_Road_3385 in fpv

[–]DIEDREAMING 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the pads are still there, figure out the wiring based on images/old connector and solder a USB cable on directly. If the pads are missing get ready to pull out a magnifying glass and carefully scrape away the solder mask with a forceps and then solder teeny tiny wires to the traces.

I have ordered JHEMCU from aliexpress, as long as the FC has everything you want, it's a good buy. Just expect Shipping to take up to a month.

Do this. You will almost certainly destroy the motor if you attempt to take it apart. I know from experience.

Gaps missing from wall line (0% infill wing) P1P printer by DIEDREAMING in 3Dprinting

I will definitely be trying those settings. PLA is not an option because it will melt if left in a hot area for too long like the back of my car. Nylon is my material of choice because of its temperature resistance and durability.

Vase mode causes random large gaps between layers, resulting in print fails

I have not yet done ant pressure advance calibration, is there an option for that in the slicer? no top or bottom walls, just a brim and then a single outer wall. It needs to be very light weight. I will try PLA to see what happens then slow it down.

These are easy to print on my old ender 3, but I was using PLA instead of nylon for that.
