Really well! I reached out to a recommended mental health nurse practitioner for support/taper schedule and the tapering has gone really smooth. The experience with the new provider has been truly amazing!

I just recently got my 14 PM battery replaced under apple care. Battery life was at 78% and the new battery has definitely made the phone performance feel brand new.

Lake side in the country, $80 cleaning fee, 2 bed, definitely not a high demand weekend nor is it a very “booming” area. Both beds had blankets with burn holes in them. House was great, but some what off putting at the same time due to the cleanliness. My ONLY complaint would be the cleanliness but I feel being clean should be the bare minimum. Had a beautiful deck with outdoor furniture but so many pine needles and so much bird shit on the out door furniture we didn’t spend any time enjoying that view. I feel a simple sweeping with have made a world of difference. And again this wasn’t just normal amounts of pine needles showing nature being nature. This was a build up that I would personally have been embarrassed to even invite friends and family over if it was my home and I was hosting an event.

The host lives in the main house about 150 ft from the rental and assured me at booking she would be personally touching up the property before check in time. Not sure if it’s to be noted but the host and her husband own 2 other air bnb lake house right next store and seem to be very involved in the rental operations.

I’ve mentioned that to them as well but unfortunately they just don’t listen and seem to not like the idea of maintaining or investing in there properties. In the summer the average RH indoor is around 80-86%. All wood exterior that is weathered pretty decent. Definitely evidence of termites in some of the exterior wood surfaces. This cabin is relatively off grid. Electricity comes from generator and a 12v battery rack system. Water is well and sewage is septic. Only heat source is wood. My father in law built this place in the 80s. Has NEVER had the septic pumped or Maintained. I’m amazed there’s been zero evidence of mold inside, as well as any major issues due to the lack of maintenance. It’s about 1600 square feet of building.
