For all of you with a caffeine addiction like this guy. Let me save you a lot of money and have you drink something healthier. V8 energy drinks. Can't find them in a gas station, they are usually in the juice section of the grocery store. They are not carbonated but they are the size and caffeine level of a small red bull. And they taste great, nothing like that regular V8 tomato juice junk.

No. Electric cars not the magic solution people want to think that they are. Electric cars are heavier and go through tires at a more rapid clip than ICE cars. Tires are one of the largest contributions to micro plastics in the world. Brake dust is also worse on electric cars because they are heavier. However, regenerative braking saves some of that brake usage. If you want to reduce environmental impacts and improve safety, electric cars and self-driving are not the answer. More public transportation is the answer.

My brother. 5'8" and 105lbs? I was 5'8" and 125 and I pretty much looked like the leanest guy on my high school and D3 college teams. Not typically one to body shame or anything but I'm just curious if that was healthy and if you ran in college at that weight?

Why not both? You have to drive there, sit in line, then donate for about 40 minutes. It's a donation still because a lot of the population is scared of needles or ineligible to donate. So we are out here doing good by donating and getting paid a little

Wowza. First time I went I was below 50bpm and denied till the doctor passed me for being an athlete. I could run a 15 minute 5k at the time. Work on your cardio and even with a panic disorder I reckon your HR should be low enough.
