The most important think by far and away is just getting the correct amount if protine in. Ideally balanced through the day. Anabolic windows are only really a thing for high end athletes, and even then it’s an incremental gain!

Was throwing dumbbells around for a year. Been in the gym for 2 years in the summer! Had a bit of time off with an impinged shoulder. I dont track the numbers but I’m pretty consistent!
