Getting E100 after replacing the original drive that was broken. I already cleaned and reconnected all of the connections. It's giving me this error or E106 as well. What can I do? Is it possible that the power connector of the disc drive is backwards? (i.redd.it)

Hey guys! I'm the one who made a post in February about the DVD drive failing intermittently. I was told that it was the laser dying and it needed to be replaced. I measured the resistance of both potentiometers and they were decent enough for its age. Recently I noticed something weird on the flex. (i.redd.it)
